Artificial demand that comes from stress and not natural growth does create more jobs but at the expense of investment Capital leading to a decline in the overall standard of living.

Exacerbating the situation even worse is that this is not a business investment where risk and reward balance each other. This is a government intrusion into the markets which must be paid by, to borrow a phrase, PREDATORY governmental finance Capitalism where a gun is figuratively placed to the head of each native Swede in order to force them to pay for the housing of an invading religion and culture.

Housing in general in and near the big cities where the jobs are has been a problem for decades due to a lot of stupid political gridlock.

That's not to say it's not a stupid proposal, it is. Expanding and developing existing suburbs and communications would be a lot more effective. But there are several dumb reasons for why that is going too slow to meet up with demand.
