As I said, she didn't need to get up this morning so when I did, I came back from the shower and was pulling out my clothes for he day when I noticed the foot of the bed on my side was a few inches low. Yup! Broke the footer connection where the wooden rail side meets the footer of the bed. Good news is I think it's an easy fix and the bed frame supports still work. Bad news is we won't be doing this again til we get the bed frame fixed. At least not actually in the bed.

When my man and I were first together we were in furnished rented accommodation. Imagine the embarrassment of having to explain to the letting agent that we too had broken the bed frame... :eek: Unfortunately, unlike you, we were not romping enthusiastically when it broke. There had been romping, and there was romping again once it had been fixed, of course. :D

So. You're going to have to be creative in your locations. I'm thinking it might be time to revisit your nice warm garage... :devil:

I'll usually lounge around in it in the early part of the evening, giving him a flash of bum when I stir the fire, or a glimpse of cleavage when I reach for my drink...

I love that song. So simple. Slightly mysterious.

It reminds me of the Haruki Murakami novel of the same name, have you read any of his stuff? His novels are really rather weird, but beautifully written. Just the right side of unsettling.

Actually, I think the idea of a virgin is much more sexy than the reality, certainly a female virgin. Of course, it's a long time ago for me (;)) but I wouldn't be an inexperienced virgin again if it was offered. All that ... learning... :D

It's been ... OK. I have the painters in. No, I mean actual painters (well, one painter), with paint and brushes and smells and mess and everything. :)

I'm sure it'll all be worth it, but it's not a pleasant process!

Sweetie, I am not one to let a little thing like the bed frame stop me. It was fixed yesterday evening. Two blackened tip bolts and some washers and you can't tell the difference between them and the other part of the frame. I'm thinking of doing the same to the other side so they match though since the total combined cost of the repair was $1.25 and it actually, also removed an annoying squeak that had also been happening.

Oh, we had a cool Oral pleasure treatment in the garage just last week. New HD seat is perfect for the right angle and she can lift one leg up for me to have access.

My hump day was thoroughly uneventful...much like my Thursday. :)

How long is the remodeling process scheduled to last?

Nearly there on the remodelling now - all painted and a gorgeous new carpet down, new furniture being fitted next week :) It's looking rather lovely, I must say, although I can't take credit for any of the execution, just joining in with the 'choosing'.
