While Alea45's personal attacks on 4est are crude and distasteful, they are not an actual breech of the rules. Even the 'pet gook' comment, while being offensive on many levels, is not a violation, definitely not of the rule you have gleefully and repeatedly broken. The difference being that whoever is posting under that login is smart enough to avoid saying something that will get them banned outright or at least, unlike you, smart enough to heed a warning.

An advantage of being upper management, I decided to work from home today. It's not difficult to poke you with a sharp stick between emails, telephone calls, and interoffice memos.

They have these things called multiple monitors. At the moment Lit is running in a browser on my right monitor while I'm reading and responding to emails on the left one through a remote desktop connection to my office PC. Technology is a wonderful thing. Maybe one day you can flip burgers or something via remote connection.
