Please recommend to me a scene where a woman teaches a guy to eat pussy

If in both cases your ladies are confidently taking the lead, then yes communication is important, but physical demonstrations are still possible in a one-on-one scenario. You could have either lady have their gentleman get between her legs to watch while she fingers herself, and she could give verbal instructions for specifics of what she likes while empathizing those directions with the visual aid.

Your female characters could also demonstrate how to correct a behavior. Say, if one of your male characters is just not getting the right tongue flick motion, have the lady demonstrate what she wants by running the tip of her tongue/flicking her tongue/etc against his after/before a kiss, and then have her explain the difference in what he was doing verses what she did.

Is she the aggressor, and he's not hitting the right spot? She could hold his head in place, and move her hips until she gets him where she wants him, or redirect him by pulling hair...whatever floats your boat. Then you could have the obligatory: "keep going, right there, just like that..."

I can't think of any off hand, but I have read stories where the young man character bragged that he had gotten lessons in 'pussy eating' from a lesbian friend.
