Not really shocking that Canada wants to go back to the table. Its been something bumping around from all 4 sides in Ottawa (none of the 4 major parties like NAFTA anymore).
Problem mainly came down to who would make the deal and would we be in position to get what we want. Ottawa insiders see someone wanting a quick win and we got PM that basically force EU's hand. Which now all sides can agree would be great time for new trade deal between States and Canada.
