There are situations in which an individual MAY let someone "grab their pussy" and it be considered assault such as when the aggressor is the person's employer, parent, teacher, or other authority figure in which there is a reasonable fear of retaliation. In those instances, yes, assault can occur even when the person appears to be giving consent by not speaking up. I am not saying that is the case; however, Trump is a person in a powerful position and it could be construed by an individual that speaking up would result in some sort of recrimination. I would have to know more details about the instance - which is what a jury or court of law is for.

I see the difference as HE might see it. He is a bit delusional. His wealth has afforded him a "reality" that is quite different than what it would be without his wealth. While he sees himself as this amazingly good-looking and charismatic man, he is anything but. He may truly believe that women LET him do anything he wants (including walking in dressing rooms of beauty pageants) because he believes he attractive and charming, but the reality is he can do it because he has power and any woman who complains will face repercussions so they tolerate it.
