I thought this was the politics board?![]()
No, this is the troll petting zoo. Free troll feed at the gate.
What do they talk about on the politics board? Sex?
You could go into the Politics board and set this off
Liberalism is the philosophy for our time, because it does not try to conserve every tradition of the past, because it does not apply to new problems the old doctrinaire solutions, because it is prepared to experiment and innovate and because it knows that the past is less important than the future. Pierre Elliot Trudeau
That's where "new math" comes from because 1+1 could be 3 if it helps to advance your agenda.
1+1 = 3 for large enough values of 1.1+1 does not equal 2
1+1 = 3 for large enough values of 1.
1+1= 10 in binary.
1+i1 = something between the square roots of zero and N depending on how many dimensions you graph.
1 apple plus 1 orange does not equal 2 ostriches.
The integral of the IQs of all Tromp supporters approaches 1.
If 1 is the loneliest number, what is the most fucked?

2 can be as bad as 1.
It's the loneliest no. since the no. 1.
Oh.
True story: I was driving from New York to Los Angeles one November. I stopped in Lincoln, Nebraska overnight to see pals. An early blizzard swept down from the Rockies with an icy blast. Every fucking tree in the fucking city broke, sap frozen, exploding, WHAM BANG! That night echoed with continuous shotgun-like blasts. Next day, the streets were impenetrable; cars and houses were crushed. City plows took two days to reach our neighborhood. If a frag grenade goes off in the jungle does anyone hear it?
A friend travelled to Laos and heard explosions off in the jungle three or four times in an afternoon but they may have been bombs not frag grenades. Children love unexploded ordinance because they're shiny like toys and cluster bombs are the most fascinating, so if you talk about multiple division of children, they're the way forward
.......in?
Besides this one.![]()
Hmm.... how many people did the frag trees actually kill? Tsunamis - yea, impressive, especially ones near Japanese nuclear plants.True story: I was driving from New York to Los Angeles one November. Nature is still deadlier than grenades.
@Ms_Ann You might be better off posting in The Playground. The overall feel of that section is more akin to your posting style. I prefer it because it has minimal political talk, and significantly less racist old people stomping around in it. If you do decide to jihad this section be sure to tell me so I can evacuate before you do.
I've looked at the Playground. Not very thought stimulating, kinda fluffy. Lots of the same threads you find in Authors Hangout and even on the GB.

Elsie - this talk of evacuation - did you mean your bowels? I can't help the association with that word. Evacuating a building sounds bloody painful to my ears
