Yes. We must. If they don't receive fair evidence-based trials then that allows the CIA/FBI/FDA/JD/Etc a loophole through which they can literally make up charges against a person which may or may not be true. Even if they're an Al Qaeda operative that doesn't make them an inherently bad person. Heck they might not have committed any crimes other than minor trespassing and/or conspiracy. But if you criminalize affiliations with a group and charge them based on assumptions then you're ruining a persons life which they could potentially have made something out of.

Everybody regardless of affiliation or beliefs or origin should receive fair and unbiased trial when they are charged with a crime.

Women and girls sold into slavery and children and parents taken out in the desert and murdered, others burned alive, heads chopped off including Americans. This is the result of a man of peace? And his attack on the police forces and the military in this country is the same thing that Hitler and Lenin and Mao did when they took over their countries. You have to destroy the local police and replace them with state police (like he has done), get rid of the military leaders and enlisted who have put country first and replace with puppets who put the leader first. Destroy the media, free speech, religion, and education. Just connect the dots.

Look at all of his administration that have been found to be guilty of crimes, corruption, treason, and incompetence, with Mrs. Clinton at the head of the list. The only part of the Constitution the Obama's and their administration know is the Fifth Amendment.

When is the last time you heard any report that answered the five W's, made no political comment, just reported the facts and checked those facts and their sources and what the agenda of the sources are?
