I know some people just get in/get out to finish a workout, but I tend to find the days that I have the best workouts are when I'm in an atmosphere in which I'm aroused.
Call it sexual transmutation into energy or simply sexual motivation but it really works when it comes to an extra set or a few more reps...
For example: My usual workout is about 40 minutes - - - but when there is a hottie in the gym sporting yoga pants or short shorts with a nice figure; it seems like the sexual tension makes our workouts longer.... on top of spotting each other and teaching each other exercises.
Perhaps it's the surge of testosterone or seeing a nice little pussy outline in yoga pants but it fires me up and my lifts skyrocket.
My question for the fellas is: Do you use sexual motivation at the gym? If not, try it--- it works.
My question for the ladies is a bit more personal: Does going to the gym and noticing good looking, toned guys make your workout more intense? What do you think about? Do you approach him or just fantasize?
