Yep. Always best to eat dressed in something, less messy.
Sautéed spinach and garlic.
There is thyme and rye whiskey in the brine. This turkey is gonna be fine, fine FINE!
In other food news...
I was a skeptic, and now I am a convert.
Fourteen perfectly cooked poached eggs, all ready at the same time. Cooked while the back bacon finished and I made the hollandaise sauce.
Fuckin' EH! Muffin pans are not just for muffins anymore.
This would have saved me a lot of time this morning.
