See, i'm in an apartment with surprisingly thick n' insulated walls. My neighbs occasionally throw loud parties on the weekends. I hear their carousing from outside and in the foyer/stairwell, but as soon as I get in my door, everything is shockingly muted.

However, when they decide to smoke the sticky icky, I smell that shit quite potently! Physics is weird.
