Glad you approved of my students' hard work. They slaved away throughout the night making sure to get each nook and cranny and some of them twice.

I love that you are always creative and think outside the box. I love that this photo does not focus on the statue but still draws the eye in. I was once told that art is subjective so thank you for subjecting us to your...eerrhhmm. ...art. Yeah. Art.

This, actually, was exactly my experience of the Louvre. Hardly anyone looking at the sculptures, loads of people turning their backs on it, taking a selfie and moving straight along. Even at yer actual Venus de Milo. Gah. Philistines

JRP - I think you should have a 'no selfies with the art' rule. Unless it's a private visit, of course...

Mmm, very nice, CactusJack. My favourite is the second Poseidon of Artemesium. Very nice muscle definition in the thigh. And that bum. No wonder HR kept his under wraps this week - he's got competition

Very nice job, Cactus. The second Melos is particularly convincing. The beard certainly helps sell it, too. I just couldn't grow mine fast enough.

Yes they did. So much energy. I forgot what it was like to be young. It's been... well far too long since I was young. Then again I do have my mantra "You're only as old as the person you feel." Damn! I just realized those students grew up REALLY fast during the cleaning.

Yes that's my star pupil. She excels at everything she does. And I do mean EVERYTHING. It's good to be a college professor.

In America we call them Interns rather than Pages. You sure do seem to go through them FAST Lizzie! Maybe you're the one that needs the harem?

I was actually excited to see this challenge because of the beard. Funny enough I have been growing my beard for a Greek god/Viking look as opposed to a hipster type beard.

I don't know, I just kept taking shots and they never seemed quite "right". I quit when I had 30 of them and was cramping up. Now I have 30 that all look pretty much the same . . . and not quite "right."

Thanks JRP. She did spend a bit of time mumbling stuff to herself while she was framing her picture. The disconcerting one was "Just like that scene in Star Trek II where Khan puts the worm in Chekov's ear."

How funny. The students and I both worked hard. Slaving away all night. Checking nooks and crannies. But I barely had the energy to check each once. Ok truth be told it wasn't all me. Thank you little blue pill.

The best part about boxes is getting outside of them. There was this one time in a Texas prison. GOD! That box got hot. Only time I ever behaved myself behind bars. But as I was saying...

Thanks Stuva but I'm not always creative. Sometimes I feel I'm doing the same old in and out, stuck in a rut as everyone else. In the box, out of the box. In the box, out of the box. Know what I mean? But I do try to put my own little twist on things from time to time. Art is subjective. The artist creates something but has no control over the way other people will perceive it. I'm glad you had fun being subjugated...err subjected to my art.
