Did I even point out the use of this instead of these? Oh no I did not. Too much irony for me to handle today.

If I was actually forced choose between Trump and Clinton there is no doubt in my mind that Trump is the lesser evil.
But as I am free to write in, and I live in a non battle ground state, my ex German Sheppard will be getting my vote post mortem.
I'm not surprised that you seem to see nothing wrong with Trump losing a legal battle and being ordered to pay a settlement to a charity and rather than do that he used donations to his charity to pay his legal settlement. That is the definition of fraud.
Trump Foundation used other people's charitable donations as Donald's personal slush fund to pay off legal debts and to buy artwork for his collection. But It's "crooked Hillary"?
1 It's called self-dealing.
I know you don't understand this, but that is not a law.
2. What are the probabilities of someone hitting a hole in one that travels 150 feet in a hole that is only 139 feet?

Wipe the floor with him?
LOL another delusional true believer in Saint Clinton the most altruistic and squeaky clean (D) candidate of all time!! HAHAHAHAHAAAAA~!!
All he has to do is get Mrs.Hothead pissed and he wins. She could win the same way, it's really just a matter of which troll causes the other a meltdown first wins.
I think the recent Trump gains are due to 3 things in no particular order-
1) Somebody has Trump reading the teleprompter most of the time, so as not to shoot himself in the foot. Roger Ailes?
2) Hillary's pneumonia. It's not about her health, it's an episode that underscores that you can't trust what she and her spokespeople say.
3) Hillary's "deplorables" comment undercuts all of that "she's one of us" branding. It comes across as generalizing, elitist, and prejudiced. It's also motivational to the opposition. It's one thing to criticize a candidate, but to criticize voters before an election is self-defeating.
If it's motivating to the opposition to have Clinton say that half of Trump's supporters are bigots, and his poll numbers go UP, that sounds like a sign that "half" was probably an understatement -- which I've been saying here all along.
The superintendent placed the pin to short and made the reinsurance invalid. There is no reason for them to do this on purpose as the insurance premium is paid up front. What exactly does this have to do with Trump?
Could you possibly be more retarded?
You clearly don't have any idea of all of the elements required to prosecute a fraud case.

Because all of those things have worked so well. Unless someone comes up with something new, highly unlikely after decades of endless probes, that is all old news. Old news does not a meddle move. Sorry
Only if she was related to your father.
Nigger, the Trump shit is 10 yrs old
STFU, about old news
We all get the agenda
NIGGER!
Hey now! :caning:
Yeah.....except this story just broke, and according to the Post there is more to come.
New York State has confirmed that they are going to look into these latest developments.[/QUOTE]
of course they are, NIGGER
they needa aid CoffinClinton
You clearly have little else to do other than make excuses for Trump and his obvious misuse of donations to a non-profit charity to pay for legal penalties and fines incurred by his for profit businesses ($258,000 worth), to buy $30,000 in paintings of himself, to pay for advertising for his hotels, and to fund Citizen's United Foundation to the tune of $100,000 to help win a U.S. Supreme Court ruling allowing greater funding in political campaigns by big-money donors and special interests.
Despite Vatican Assassin's insistence to the contrary, "Self dealing" is against the law.
So it is perfectly okay for me to start the Aggie Foundation, to collect charitable contributions, and use those to pay my personal or bussniess exspenses with?
If you have the Clintons accountants and tax lawyers- yes, it is perfectly acceptable. Of course you wouldn't want to tell the IRS that you personally are labeling them personal expenses.
You do realize that there's a reason that "charitible trusts" are a favorite vehicle for minimizing one's tax burden?
Where do you think Chelsea Clinton gets her millions of dollars in pocket money?
They all coincide with the poll slide. But I think that her health problems are way more serious than they're disclosing. The symptoms have been persistent and consistent for far too long now. What it is, I don't know. But it is serious.

<I> have little else to do?
Yet, you have time to "research" (regurgitate charges about) some business dealing of Trumps down to the last dollar amount that this figure entailed all in a vain attempt to construct a false equivalency to the morass that is the Clinton Foundation?
"Self" dealing is it? Both you and Aglo used the exact same term which means you were spoon-fed it off of some left-leaning hack Clinton apologist website. If not directly from a Clinton action alert email or some other such fodder.
Okay mr. Junior prosecutor you have at it. First thing you're going to have to do is you're going to have to pierce his multitude of corporate veils to even suggest what is his actual self.
This whole thing smacks of desperation which tickles me to no end. I have a hard time that the same idiotic electorate that would reelect the president with the worst post-recession recovery ever would not vote for more of the same but you do encourage me a bit.
It's looking more like Trump's need to run for president has been to outrun the law on his myriad illegal dealings. The "jail Hillary" movement increasingly becomes obvious as a smoke screen for him--as do a lot of the posts to this thread.![]()
