I hope it's just a legend.

Otherwise, to me it would say a great deal about that person's racism if they put the colour of a man's skin above the qualities of the man beneath the skin and if they believe in such racial stereotyping.

What kind of tattoo

Just wondering , what kind of tattoo would my white wife get if she likes Latinos? My mature white wife is attracted to Latino men.

I like black guys, white guys, latino guys and to a surprising degree Slavic guys (top of the list today). But a tattoo? I have several and regard them as an artistic expression on a limited canvas. Ya sure I would include a queen of spades in a design I choose. But a racial or political statement on my body? Not unless that is the statement I choose to make for reasons beyond simplistic porn portrayals.

Three of my tattoos relate to experiences I have had with men who happened to be black. I haven't asked them but my sincere expectation is that each would rather know of what I had drawn for them personally rather than a stupid stereotype.
