Why wait?
If you're so certain you'll go to heaven, get a one-way plane ticket to Pakistan, and start preaching the Gospel as soon as you get out of the airport. Make sure you tell them that Islam is a deception of Satan and all Moslems will burn in hell for rejecting your fluffy lord and savior.
No?
Actions speak louder than words.
Maybe the "faith" you so loudly profess is more a matter of indoctrination and you don't have the intellectual honesty to face reality.
But hey, whatever lies you tell yourself to get you from one end of the day to the other...
Evangelism isn't my spiritual gift. My spiritual gift is showing mercy and caring. I'm a nurse and I look at a person as an emotional, physical and spiritual being. I help people get the health care they need. People have a hard time focusing on spirituality when they are physically ill and hurting. I work in the community so I make sure people have food, clothing and a place to stay too. I also work with a group of people whose spirituality doesn't match mine. If I find they have spiritual needs I get in contact with people who know their spirituality and can help them.
I'm sure that the way I was raised influenced my spirituality. We were Easter and Christmas Christians. Home life also was also my first glimpse of hell. It wasn't until I went to University that I found a faith of my own. As to not having intellect, I made it through one of the top ten nursing schools In the US and at a well known University. 126 students started and 82 of us finished.
I don't need a lie to get me from one day to another. Just a sleep number bed and my cat.
