Chickens deserve to be eaten.
Vegetarians only eat animals too small to see.
"The West wasn't won by eating salad," proclaim USA beef ranchers. No, the West was won by eating beans and corn dodgers (with bugs) and rodents.
I'll skip the prairie oysters, thank you.
I like that one. Eating bugs doesn't bother me. My objection to meat and processed foods is complete distrust of for-profit corporations having my health as a concern. Unprocessed, free-range, wild bugs would be fine. Even domesticated bugs would be fine if I knew and trusted the bug rancher.
It's not really a big deal with me. I have no nutritional need to eat meat, therefore I don't.
