Lurking. Everyone does it. I mean, there's probably fifty people lurking on this thread right now, examining it's awesomeness. I lurked on all your silly asses last night, but I had this crushing headache so i dinna wanna post.

Do you have lurking rules, protocols, procedures? Ever spend the day all over Litland without making a single post? Do you feel you must return PM's before you can commence un-lurking? Do you ever lurk to avoid people? Do you lurk just to be a voyeuristic perv, like Pmann?

I lurk this thread more than any other. I like the posters here and the banter, I just don't always have anything worthwhile to contribute. If I've got something to add, or a tasty derail, I jump in.

I have lurked an entire day without posting on more than one occasion. Again, sometimes I just don't have anything to say. I also refrain from posting when I'm in a bitchy mood. Learned that lesson the hard way.

I don't stress out about PM's. If I'm on my phone, they are a pain so I wait until I'm on a PC to answer them. Most I converse with are aware of my selfish/lazy policy. If not, well, now you know.

I never lurk to avoid people. I am a voyeuristic perv so everything I do falls under that heading, lurking included. ;)
 
VT, I like your cell phone/PC laziness-based PM return policy. I'm adopting it.
 
I'm not a hard core lurker. If there's a bunch of nonsense going on and I don't have anything worthwhile to add but still amused, I'll sit back and enjoy the show. But I don't lurk, lurk, and lurk for years and never post a thought. That's lame as fuck.
I'm pretty sure this thread is booming with spectators when the girls get a little naughty with each other. We're good like that, putting on a little front show.

Anyways, I'm pretty good at returning PMs. But as of late, they're a bit delayed. I'll log in and start, and then a disruption happens, which then logs me out and wipes the slate clean. Fuck this makes me mad. Sorry, small foot stomping there. This week has been brutal on my level of naughty shenanigans. Slaps my own ass and issues a citation.

I will periodically lurk. There are times when I really just have nothing to say, or times when I am entertained by the conversation, but have nothing specific to contribute. It's a mood thing, all in all.

Maybe you could define just exactly what a rockstar roll is?

Normally I wouldn't necessarily be scared, but my Pmann experience has taught me never to google things I hear about in the Litiquette thread. :p
