Only tried it a few times. Hope it works better for you.

I take 20mg, it works well for me. And no hangover. But I have to get up at 6:30, thinking I may have missed my window.

I couldn't even tell you. It was a while ago. I remember starting a thread about it, complaining about not sleeping and someone suggested Melatonin.

I've never been good at keeping regular bedtimes. Probably why I'm such a lousy sleeper.

I hope you find some relief. Assuming you're up by the San Francisco area, 6:30 is about nine hours away (same for me). Sleep up! :rose:
