"...propel the party toward dominance in presidential elections."
The Democratic dominance went backwards as well for five elections.

He's still head of the IRI as afaik. Which is part of the NED i.e. regime changers.
I lost my decoder ring...
All told, over the last five years, Bill Clinton was paid $17.5 million. His position? "Honorary chancellor," where he acted as an adviser and goodwill ambassador.
Editor Lifson questioned the relationship:
Why on Earth would a company with huge financial backing have faulty control (internal accounting) systems? These are not underfunded amateurs. I am deeply suspicious that the systems were designed in order to conceal, not inform. The money paid to both Clintons as community property and to the foundation they control looks a lot like the purchase of influence and reputation out in the open. There may well be officials in the 28 countries where Laureate operates whose influence and prestige (among other things) would be helpful to Laureate but who lack the ability to be so open about the transaction.
In addition to the millions paid to Clinton, Laureate turned around and donated up to $5 million to the Clinton Foundation. Taken with the problems with record-keeping, you have to wonder whether Laureate is one gigantic scam where rich people buy power and influence using the Clintons' vast global reach to futher enrich themselves.
Laureate says that its international operations represent the largest global network of degree-granting universities in the world, enrolling more than 1 million students across 28 countries. In the United States, the company owns Walden University, a Minneapolis-based online school that the Education Department has placed on a list of colleges that officials are more closely monitoring because of concerns over its “financial responsibility.”
The same Canadian company, renamed Uranium One, bought uranium concessions in the United States;
The Russian government came calling and sought to buy that Canadian company for a price that would mean big profits for the Canadian investors;
For the Russians to buy that Canadian company, it would require the approval of the Obama administration, including Hillary’s State Department, because uranium is a strategically important commodity;
Nine shareholders in Uranium One just happened to provide more than $145 million in donations to the Clinton Foundation in the run-up to State Department approval;
Some of the donations, including those from the Chairman of Uranium One, Ian Teler, were kept secret, even though the Clintons promised to disclose all donations;
Hillary’s State Department approved the deal;
The Russian government now owns 20 percent of U.S. uranium assets.

How proud you must be of your candidate, the one who gave all of her charity giving to, well, her so she can use it to continue to pay her dream team the big bucks just like she did when she also employed them in the state department where they got to double dip...
And please explain what Bill did to earn the $1 million dollar salary as an "honorary chancellor."
And when will she let us read those speeches?
And when will the US Attorney announce bribery charges against the Foundation?
And when will you care about Haiti and the Haitians where the "charity" of the Foundation went only into the pockets of their crony donators?
And all you can talk about is Trump's taxes?
Remember, too, after the Clinton's released their Foundation Tax Returns, they were discovered to be fraudulent and incomplete and the Clintons got to walk away from that lie and deceit without repercussionr.
After all of that, I don't give a flying fuck about Trump's returns and I suspect a lot of people don't either.
And all of this despite the fact that the election is over and Clinton has already won...

It's also possible that in the face of your unwavering support of criminal behavior, that you cannot offer cogent rebuttal for fear of making the hole too deep...

Prosecute or shut up.
We'll patiently await your report on all of Trump's shady, perhaps even criminal, dealings after Googling and cherry picking theirs.
