Oddly enough I've just fielded a PM about prostates. Mine is the size of a pea these days so I'm not sure I could O that way without some other stimulation. You'll be aware that my penis tip is now my clit and what was my penis is kinda the basis for my vagina, so there's lots of sensational sensations, but they feel very different to before. Cos it's a bitch to remove? It's a very complicated fucker and very tricky to operate on without screwing up the ... uretha? I'm effectively getting the same hormonal treatment men get if they have prostate problems/enlargement. Female hormones make it shrink but not disappear. Same with your nuts.
I read an interesting quote the other day, that hormones can only add things but not take them away. So hormones can grow breasts, but not make your beard disappear if you already have one. In a FtM they can make his voice deepen but not make his breasts go away. They can make glands shrink but not make them vanish... and so on.

I guess they act like triggers to the body, which is wired to have both male and female characteristics that are either switched on or off. Once the body gets the message then it tends to keep doing it... kinda.

Yes, take it from the prostate cancer patients, removing the prostate is a bitch. The urethra passes through it and the nerves controlling erectile response are attached to the back-side of it. They basically have to remove the prostate with a section of the urethra, stitch the urethra back together, and try to tease the nerves away from the prostate tissue without damaging the nerves. Almost no one walks away without incurring some complications.

Thanks everyone for you kind messages and support. I wanted to celebrate this one before I started to take my body too much for granted.
