The use of cushions is one of my favorite ways to change things up mid-stream during missionary. They're also good to get those hips lifted for easier/more thorough oral access. Or if she's on her tummy in a prone position, they help get that ass a little higher. So many possibilities.

Those are really good tips. The missionary one is supposed to help deepen the penetration, although if I want that I prefer to bring my legs up, actually. Even at my advanced age
I like the access for oral tip - might give that one a try. And prone, or on all fours, yes, that helps me avoid collapse
No reason you can't have your ass on the cushion AND legs in the air. If you're a little higher, I can wrap my knees around you and use a little more force
I think that position would be good for slowly, slowly type teasing too. I'm making notes here... The trouble with very deep penetration plus pounding, though, is stopping short of the cervix. High degree of technical difficulty for the man, I think.
