Here's How Donald Trump Could Become President

Is this how Trump can be president?

Plus, words have meanings. Here's the definition of the word you mistakenly used.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neoliberalism

Neoliberalism

[QUOTENeoliberalism (or sometimes neo-liberalism)[1] refers primarily to the 20th century resurgence of 19th century ideas associated with laissez-faire economic liberalism.[2]:7 These include extensive economic liberalization policies such as privatization, fiscal austerity, deregulation, free trade, and reductions in government spending in order to enhance the role of the private sector in the economy.[3][4][5][6][7][8][9] The implementation of neoliberal policies and the acceptance of neoliberal economic theories in the 1970s are seen by some academics as the root of financialization, with the financial crisis of 2007–08 as one of the ultimate results.[10][11][12][13][14]

The term has been used since 1938[15] but became more prevalent in its current meaning in the 1970s and '80s by scholars in a wide variety of social sciences[16] and critics.[17] Advocates of Free Market policies avoid the term "neoliberal".

The definition and usage of the term has changed over time.[3] It was originally an economic philosophy that emerged among European liberal scholars in the 1930s in an attempt to trace a so-called 'Third' or 'Middle Way' between the conflicting philosophies of classical liberalism and socialist planning.[18]:14–5 The impetus for this development arose from a desire to avoid repeating the economic failures of the early 1930s, which were mostly blamed by neoliberals on the economic policy of classical liberalism. In the decades that followed, the use of the term neoliberal tended to refer to theories at variance with the more laissez-faire doctrine of classical liberalism, and promoted instead a market economy under the guidance and rules of a strong state, a model which came to be known as the social market economy.

In the 1960s, usage of the term "neoliberal" heavily declined. When the term was reintroduced in the 1980s in connection with Augusto Pinochet's economic reforms in Chile, the usage of the term had shifted. It had not only become a term with negative connotations employed principally by critics of market reform, but it also had shifted in meaning from a moderate form of liberalism to a more radical and laissez-faire capitalist set of ideas. Scholars now tended to associate it with the theories of economists Friedrich Hayek and Milton Friedman.[3] Once the new meaning of neoliberalism was established as a common usage among Spanish-speaking scholars, it diffused into the English-language study of political economy.[3] Scholarship on the phenomenon of neoliberalism has been growing.[19] The impact of the global 2008-09 crisis has also given rise to new scholarship that critiques neoliberalism and seeks developmental alternatives.[20][/QUOTE]

Sorry, El Lardo, but life is too short to read all the ideas and thoughts of other people that you post. Let me know when you manage to generate an original thought.

He does say what he means. He just doesn't say it clearly. And I think he does mean what he says. Much more than most politicians.

I find your insistence that Trump was inciting assassination of Hillary Clinton, or perhaps Supreme Court justices, laughable.
Even the trump supporter sitting behind him who "gasped" says that's exactly what he meant. Though his take is that is was a joke. But he's not denying what trump was talking about.

And for the record, I never said he was inciting it, mr careful reader.

By the way, Obama is apparently "the founder of ISIS" now.

Trump knows words, he has the best words.

If you're not saying Trump was inciting assassination, what are you saying he was doing?

2bob can explain, he has super secret Donald knowledge.

Yeah, I can explain that. Trump is obviously saying Obama is responsible for the rise of ISIS. It doesn't take any super secret knowledge to understand that.

BINGO!!! From myself, too! He wants NOTHING to do with the presidency. He would have something happen where his running mate WOULD take over, and believe me, just LOOK UP ON GOOGLE to find out ALLLLLLLLLLL the things he has done in Indiana that the people HATED HIM FOR! They were SO HAPPY TO GET RID OF HIM AS GOVERNOR! Believe me, WE DO NOT WANT TRUMP WINNING SO HE CAN TURN THE PRESIDENCY OVER TO MIKE PENCE! TRY to imagine Trump sitting in the Presidential seat day after day after day after a LIFETIME of being able to do whatever he wanted to do day after day, hour to hour! I CLEARLY DO NOT SEE HIM KEEPING THE PRESIDENCY ONCE HE IS ELECTED! That is, after all, WHY we have a running mate! In case ANYTHING happens to the president!
Trump WILL end up stating he is too ill to be able to run the Presidency effectively, and turn the presidency over to Mike Pence - just so you know.
So, if you LIKE Mike Pence, get ready to have Mike PENCE AS YOUR PRESIDENT!

I DO have to say one thing - I am LIVID at Trump for putting that HIT out to the 2nd Amendment CRAZY PEOPLE! THOSE are the type of people who WILL ACT ON AN ATTEMPT TO ASSASSINATE HILLARY CLINTON IF SHE DOES BECOME OUR PRESIDENT, AND BELIEVE ME, I HOPE TO GOD SHE DOES BECOME PRESIDENT BECAUSE I DON'T WANT A THING TO DO WITH THE TRUMP/PENCE TICKET!!!!!! Pence is JUST as crazy/ridiculous when it comes to decision making, and probably 10X worse when it comes to ridiculous laws! He is the FIRST to put out small business! Go to Indiana and start looking up on Google to see what Pence has done in Indiana! You will see why the people who live in Indiana are SO happy to have gotten RID of him!

Trump himself disagrees with you. Here he is this morning being questioned by a friendly interviewer, Hugh Hewitt:

Hewitt: Last night, you said the President was the founder of ISIS. I know what you meant. You meant that he created the vacuum, he lost the peace.

Trump: No, I meant he's the founder of ISIS. I do. He was the most valuable player. I give him the most valuable player award. I give her too, by the way, Hillary Clinton [whatever the fuck that means].

Hewitt: But he's not sympathetic to them. He hates them. He's trying to kill them.

Trump: I don't care. He was the founder. His, the way he got out of Iraq was that that was the founding of ISIS, OK?

Trump has already said, more than once, that Obama is sympathetic to terrorists. Why would anyone find it startling that he'd believe Obama founded ISIS?

He should have said that then.

Like I said, this is the case of Drumpf not knowing how to use his "many" and "best" words. Which is why I don't think he'd be an adequate head of state.

Oops. Look like you lost your special translation mojo, 2bob. With any luck AJ still has his.

I stand corrected.

That's no different than what I said he meant. By the way, what gave you the idea Hugh Hewitt is a friendly interviewer? He was, and probably still is, a leader in the DUMP TRUMP movement.
