Here's How Donald Trump Could Become President

You mistake whining for being objective. Not a surprise. You wouldn't piss on Trump if he was on fire.

And you mistake my sincere hope that he does not become President for personal animus.

Yeah, right. Your attitude about Trump and this election is so far from being objective it's laughable.

You seem to miss the salient point of an election: it is to choose one person over another(s).

Let me guess, you're the one who decides what's fair.

If you can't tell the vast majority of the press is biased against Trump and favors Hillary you're completely incapable of detecting bias. That also applies regarding the polling being done.

Believe it or not, I'm trying to be completely objective in this election. Why not? I can't effect the outcome of the election. I'm just an observer, and I know it.

Funny how it's always the loser who claims the contest is rigged.

Don't be so sure. There's a long way to go. There's a slight chance Trump can overcome the odds. It may take a little help from WikiLeaks or his Russian friends, but we shall see what we shall see. :)

If you're burgled, don't call the police, just keep a smile on your face and move to a different neighborhood.

I think it's odd that the only way you think Trump can win is he he does what he is accusing Hillary of doing.

Very interesting. The job the press and most pollsters are doing on Trump is something to behold. I've never seen anything like it, to this degree. It's completely shameless. Not even a pretense of fairness. But it's working. So far.

Yes you have. Sarah Palin. He can withstand it because his Q-rating is so high and his brand firmly established.

He hasn't even been Romneyed on the stage left by a journalist who was prepared to protect her candidate on his weakest points. I predict they will try and I predict he will turn the tables on them and make the story about them and not his name and brand.

Good Lord!

😮

I missed the election!

😡

How many Electoral Votes did she win?

And who is the one (and the party) continually wining about how voter ID rigs the election and how Citizens United is rigging the elections?

It's true Sarah Palin and Romney were not treated fairly by the press, but that's always the case when it comes to Republican candidates. I think the press genuinely fear Trump's election, far more than they did Palin's or Romney's.

I think they already feel that they have defeated him.

Their fear now is not retaking the Senate.

They have to have Judicial confirmation in the bag.

Because, you know...

;) ;)

🔫🔫🔫

Do you think that I should have led with a microaggression triggering warning?

Wouldn't want the Libs to faint or go crazy...

Actually I don't think they're biased at all considering the magnitude and frequency of his ignorant and controversial statements.

He received over four times the coverage of any other candidate during the primaries and all that exposure certainly helped him to gain the nomination.

You can't cry about the same treatment that got you there in the first place.

We disagree about press bias. I think it's crystal clear the vast majority prefer Hillary over Trump. Crystal clear.

Idiot

He got a lot more coverage than anyone else during the primaries. That's a fact.

So the real issue is that instead of his absurd and crazy comments creating jumps in popularity, they are having the opposite affect.

His appeal was to 3 main groups during the primaries.

1) People pissed off at government
2) Xenophobic racists
3) Isolationists and protectionists

His campaign was based on nothing more than fear and emotion and that's not enough to cover the crazy, ignorant and uninformed comments he's making.

If you want to blame the press. Have at it. They haven't changed at all in their coverage of him. It seems as though your complaint is that the results have changed.

Coverage for ratings is not the same as bias because not only did they cover the big show, but they commented on it, and never in a positive fashion.
