I've been known to play in Whistler now and again . . . It's a fun place, both winter and summer.


. . . and BC wines are amazing! The new Riesling/Gewurtz blend is quite tasty after an active afternoon.

Play? Play? Just what sort of place have I booked flights to?

I'm not sure I'd like a Riesling/Gewurtztraminer, might be a little sweet for me. What else would you recommend? Do you have any particular restaurants you like there, too?

I really don't know why it just doesn't seem to work. Me on all fours with him behind is perfectly delightful and it must, I think, be roughly the same angles at the intersection, no?

I love the idea of him sitting on the edge of a hotel bed or a chair, facing a large mirror, and my sitting astride reverse cowgirl. Everyone gets a good view, and things to play with.

But last time we tried that... Carnage!

I'm having a lovely one so far, nice night out locally last night, been for a bike ride today (polishes halo), sitting on my terrace now listening to the lambs yelling to each other and smelling the chicken cooking on the barbecue. Pretty damn fine!

Cozumel is in Mexico. There are beaches and Mayan ruins for me to explore. So it will very much be play. Solitude. Now, why would you have to polish your halo after riding a bike, love?? Hmmmm?????

Polishing my halo? Well, it's awfully hilly round these parts, so it's a good calorie burner, means I can stuff my face with delicious barbecued chicken shortly... I've been on a 'bikini diet' to get ready for my upcoming holiday in Sardinia, so anything that burns off the calories is a good thing!

Do you know, when I read that, I thought it said 'pizza palace', which sounds like a rather lovely thing. I'm imagining that my pizza will arrive on a beautiful silver salver, delivered by a waiter in a gorgeous tuxedo. And that the guys making the pizzas around the wood oven in the middle are all dressed in impeccable chefs whites with blue and white hats at jaunty angles.

And none of them have spilt the tomato base stuff on themselves.

An invitation arrived for a little drinks event at a local place just outside my village. Nothing raucous, given that it's a very old house, used now for rather staid residential courses and the like.

So I knew it was going to be rather sweetly chaste. Lots of smart casual, floaty dresses below the knee line and so on.
