Driving around in my town today, I saw a young black man wearing a "make America great again" hat.

It's not too often that you see black Trump supporters.

How do you know he was a Trump supporter?

At this point, the whole thing is such a farce that I fully expect some young people to start wearing them as a joke, or a bit of irony.

I bought one of those hats at Trump's winery in Virginia (for $25) to use as a gag prize at a party. In the meantime, I've warn it a couple of times to give my friends a laugh.

I guess the whole reason that someone would report such a sighting on the forum shows just how rare it would be to see.

Just because he had the hat on doesn't mean he is a supporter. Black people wear shit just to wear it. If you see a black man in a Yankees hat, he is probably a Red Sox fan. My mother wears a Virginia Tech shirt to work and I don't think she ever been to Virginia let alone been to college.

This election is truly making some odd political bedfellows. Anything is possible. Lot's of people crossing political lines because they are fed up with their party just giving lip service to their issues.

I had enough. You tell me vote for you because the other guy is worse? No, I will vote you out to get my party's attention. Maybe in the next election the new person will address my issues rather than patting me on the head and say wait till next time.

Even more likely if it was one of those cheap, plastic snap-backs.

Dumb trend.

I care little to not at all about sports so I wear those ironically or as camouflage. Like, for example, the local team is losing.

I have a hat for some environmental wacko lawyerin' outfit. I wore that when I was a heavy equipment operator in a strip mine.

I had to sport one of those this past weekend, mesh and all. Borrowed it.

But it was for a top-down ride in a Jeep. Temporary embarrassment was okay.

He simply wants to be on the winning side when the vote happens and Presumptive President-elect Trump is confirmed.
