annoying official letters done, and was thinking of hopping a train to the coast this afternoon. but now it's not all blue and pretty out there - looks and feels like the steam in a dirty swedish sauna. and not dirty in a good way.

I actually sold one of my rental homes for cash once. Rather unique closing....a LOT less paperwork, although we each had to sign a separate Treasury form at the bank's request.

clean heat i can handle if there's some water involved... i even love a good summer thunderstorm. but this is ughhhh. i don't know why we've not had our usual 3 hot days and a thunderstorm kind of summer, and the plants are starting to look at me laying on a guilt trip. damn, they had plenty of water up to the past couple of weeks.


grrrr, damned kid a few gardens over - it's not his fault i suppose, but when he kicks off bawling and mummmmmmmmmmmmmmming at the top of his lungs (he must be 3 or 4) and they just ignore him and let him carry on without dealing with whatever his problem is, then all you hear is her screeching at him and he carries right on yelling ... makes me wanna break something. like the parent's damned head!

You just reminded me to do my tax credits thing. Probably won't get anything but five mins on the pc it's worth trying to get some money out of the fuckers.
