Because they were a light version of all the decent bands of that time. And Scott was a first class douche- before, during and most likely after the drugs.

That sounds like a great day. I'm dreading the finality of the last two epis.

I get the first sentiment, and though I've never heard the specifics, I can absolutely believe that he was a douche. Addicts usually are. But Still Remains will forever be one of my favorite songs of all time. Also, my friends and I were obsessed with The Crow (and the bands on its soundtrack) when it came out, and nostalgia is one helluva drug.

The best day. But I'm not ready for the first season to be over, either. I hope season two will come quickly and have double the episodes. I can't get over how good this show is. Even with all the nods to King and Spielberg and others, it's so original and fresh. And the casting is perfection. I feel like we're seeing a lot of bright careers in the making and a revival for Winona.

I think a lot of people get hung up on Wieland, and his reputation, and don't take the music with an open mind. All four of those guys are really great and creative players. They formed a really interesting team, musically, especially with Brendan O'Brien as producer with his engineer Nick Dida. Those STP records are interesting both musically/creatively and technically.

I have both. Firestick you can root, install Kodi and stream all the flies you usually torrent.
Roku, you can add better apps and usb and microSD cards for media play back.

I like my Roku.

cool, though i don't know if i really want to go the stick route. i hate having to remember to change batteries and the tv i'd using it on doesn't have a usb port. this one does, but this one is hooked up to my pc so no roku or fire stick required.

and i don't like stone temple pilots because i fucking don't like them. it's called personal taste.
