Philando Castile

No you didn't, dumbass. You avoided it like the plague.

You clearly have the plague, as it's rotted your brain, so that you can't read what people have written anymore.

There's no point in continuing to try to explain things to you. You're hopeless.

No, genius. You're the one who's hopeless. You're so caught up in your preconceived notions it's ridiculous. And that includes your notions about the motivations of someone like myself for seeking the truth in a case such as the one being discussed. You are a sad excuse for a human being.

Smells like bullshit, written by someone far too invested in proving their personal narrative instead of finding out the truth. Dumb site.

I'll wager you know that when the full story comes out, the article is closer to the truth than "the story" as originally and breathlessly reported by a media complex vested political outcomes based on untrue statistics...

The judgement of the killing officer of Castile doesn't have anything to do with whether Castille was legally carrying or not, just as Sterling's killer's judgement doesn't hinge on the fact Sterling was in the commission of a felony by illegally carrying at the time of his death.

I am fairly confident to predict the officer who killed Sterling will not be indicted by his grand jury, simply because no officer guns were drawn until Sterling's illegally possessed gun was discovered, when the shooting officer then drew his weapon, targeted it on Sterling, and commanded him not to move. At that point, according to the law, jurors must see clear evidence that the officer simply murdered Sterling in cold blood for them to indict that officer, rather than what the video shows to me that Sterling continued to resist the officers and clearly disobeyed the lawful command to not move...

Michael Brown verdict all over again.

And Officer Janez's fate will be decided the same way: if evidence presented to his grand jury clearly shows him legally commanding Castile not to move and Castile then moved - FOR WHATEVER REASON (which the female riding shotgun with Castile is on record as saying he did (for his wallet), and Janez testifies to with his hysterical, I told him not to move, I told him not to move) - then Janez will righteously not be indicted, either.

However, if evidence shows Janez told him it was ok to pull out his wallet - like the female is on record as saying Janez told Castile - and Janez shot him at that movement, then Janez will rightfully do jail time.

And then wannabes like dick can transform into their expert judge and jury roles, too, while continuing to bless us with his expertise at running the Dallas Police Department and even benevolent enough to conduct wannabe expert AR-15 classes on the GB...

...of course, all that only when he isn't getting off punching submissive women in the face in public and sucking merrily away on the two-faced GB moderator's nutless sack.

BTW: it was a homeless man who called 911 on Alton Sterling, after he asked Sterling for some bread and Sterling became so wannabe hardass with the dude he bared his illegally possessed weapon to get rid of the guy - that's why the law came calling for the violent, career criminal, that's when REALITY's BILL to finally be PAID IN FULL arrived for the human piece of shit Alton Sterling the night he flushed away...

...leaving turds like dick still fully defending his criminal ass.

Watching you guys engage the kindergarteners is downright fun. :D

Kids march for Philando Castile.

http://m.startribune.com/children-march-for-philando-castile-in-st-paul/386210451/

people, half or more of them children, marched from Maxfield Elementary Magnet school to J.J. Hill Montessori school in St. Paul Sunday afternoon, chanting and carrying signs. They turned out to support Philando Castile, who worked as a supervisor in food service at J.J. Hill.

Allie Turay Jr and Kristina Perkins attended the march with their 10-month-old son, Nelson. “We came out here because we had to,” Turay said. “If you teach love and acceptance early, you can get ahead of the problem. If you put the kids out front, the cops might think twice. With everything going on, I worry about my safety and his. You can’t sit idle, you have to go out and fight for it.”

That wasn't an article it was an editorial; a poorly written one at that. It holds no more authority than my own lengthy posts about my observations.

I won't wager on what is "closer" to the truth but I will wager on what are provable and/or empirical facts.

If you bother to note I didn't put any particular weight on the article. It did bring out a couple of facts that were unknown heretofore.

I think we both agree that what poses as journalism these days treads dangerously close to fiction, or maybe docudrama. The article I linked is mo more or less trustworthy than the NYT as far as I'm concerned. Eventually it will all shake out.

NY Times publishes bylines, real names, so we can look into said author and decide whether s/he is trustworthy and whether they have respectable credentials. I trust them very rarely, but still I can make an informed decision.

Your link, on the other hand, was written by "sundance".

Come on...

I just watched a perfect example of leftist lies and misinformation.

Jesse Jackson said in a TV interview that the "military style weapon" used to assassinate the cops in Dallas could be used to take down an airplane. The talking head corrected him and said it wasn't a machine gun. He stared at her like he was deaf.

He's either an uninformed moron or a deliberate liar. Take your pick.

These are the people who are hell bent on dividing our country.

I don't know Butch Cassidy while being rather charming I never saw as a particularly trustworthy character.

In the Castille case there is also the lack of medical care after he was shot.
It would be interesting to see what the squad car cam caught too.

Funk, I don't care what the byline is. And I don't care about any of the editorializing. What I do care about is facts. And one of the facts brought out by 'Sundance' is that the numbers on the plates of the car Castile was driving match those associated with the armed robbery that took place a few days before. Even Snopes had to agree with that. Just another piece of the puzzle kiddo.

I guess you listened to the audio?

The unverified audio is from the day Castile was shot. They mentioned the license plates numbers saying it could actually be legit. Nowhere does anyone say that Castile's plates are associated with the robbery suspects, only his 'wide nose' is.

Nice try though, sporto.

What he does care about is whether or not the article matches his preconceived notions about he how he thinks the story should play out (arrest record, blame teh victim, ad nauseam).

He's still clinging to that? This is why selective iggy is the worst iggy. FFS, at least keep up with the fucking timeline.

So....if that turns out to be true does this mean BLM will do the right thing and publicly admit they were wrong, or will they continue spewing The Big Lie like "hands up?"

We all know the answer.

There is no middle ground there.

This is just a flat out lie.

I saw a picture of the rear of Castile's car with the caption that the tail lights were all working, but the rear center light wasn't on. Can't believe everything you read, I guess.

Here's what Snopes actually said: UNPROVEN.

He evidently liked to flip his middle finger in photos on Facebook.

I suppose that to gullible folks like the #SerialChildKiller, that's prima facie evidence of "gang activity".

Snopes said clock boy built a clock.

Bald faced lie.

We are the same side on this thread, just pointing out that snopes was bought by a major corporation no so long ago. They are no longer are a valid arbiter of truth.

That's your opinion, and you're welcome to it.

I haven't been steered wrong by Snopes yet, so I'll continue to use them as the gold standard for wingnut debunking.
