The Beast may be in the FBI's hot seat today

She must look like Daffy Duck sweating bullets right now. Unlike the media they don't play softball and won't be asking about her grandchildren.

I think.

I watched her entire day at the Benghazi hearings. I don't think she'll be worried.

The FBI interviews won't be broadcast on TV nor will she be questioned by people whose primary concern is getting re-elected.

As much as I think she should be indicted for this and tossed from the election...

It is not going to happen.

This woman could throw babies off a cliff and she'd remain bullet proof.

No argument here.

She and Bubba are by far the sleaziest, most corrupt politicians in American history. They're going to skate on the email fiasco and the Clinton Foundation scam just like they always do.

If they are innocent of 99% of the accusations and allegations leveled against them, they're still scum.

She certainly isn't going to prison over this, but at the same time, if the FBI feels it has a strong case, I could see the possibility of a plea deal, especially if she's dumb enough to get pissy about it. Cop a plea to a misdemeanor, pay a fine and then turn it into a virtue during the campaign: "I was happy to acknowledge my mistake and pay for my misjudgment."

Kind of a "move on dot org," if you will.

Interesting take considering what the Liberals insisted upon for General "Betrayus..."

You don't expect politicians to be consistent in their expectations for others relative to themselves do you?

And don't mistake my speculation. I'd just as soon see her wear orange for the rest of her life.

You think deliberately giving classified secrets to your journalist mistress is the same as what Hillary id being accused of?

The problem for Democrats is, Hillary's circumstances are a Marie Antoinette, LET THEM EAT CAKE Moment. Marie was popular, too, but on the wrong side of history, and lost her head.

Worse, I expect the FBI to demand Hillarys head, and for Lynch to sit on the case till Obama is gone. Hillary can then pardon herself, and all are satisfied.

I've yet to hear anyone say she'll be prosecuted. Her supporters think it's because she's innocent while her detractors claim Democrats reek of corruption.

It's all a moot point. In the unlikely event she's indicted Obama will pardon her, and she'll use it to her advantage to win in November.

I'm genuinely interested, what, exactly, do you think she should be charged with?

I think the two violations are roughly comparable, which is one reason she won't get jail time. At least Petraeus plead guilty and paid a $100,000 fine.

Clinton quite obviously kept official state business, including classified information, on a private server so that she could control and, if necessary, alter or delete any information that would prove embarrassing (or worse) to her. It was all about NOT being accountable to the public while serving in a public office. Who the fuck did she think she was kidding about the "convenience" factor?

I don't think she should be in prison based on this single scandal. I lump them all together. This, Benghazi, and Whitewater, to name but three stink bombs.

She may not deserve to be in prison for life, but she certainly deserves some time in a jail cell because of her life.

Complete supposition based on zero evidence.

The "evidence" is the private server, ffs! And for that matter, I don't even have to be right for her to have violated the law, just btw.

So, based on the fact that she had a private email server, you believe that you can attribute motive and state of mind. Got it.

subterfuge is the only logical conclusion.

the fact that the gent who set it up for her refused to testify only bolsters this assertion.

if michael moore had made a movie about it, she'd already have dropped out of the race.

Yeah. In the same way I can assume a 17-year-old male buying a pack of condoms the day before the prom isn't doing so in anticipation of a water balloon fight the night of.:rolleyes::rolleyes:
