wow. this one is tricky for me. Each of my parents died very quickly, within hours of us realizing it was happening. When I die, I want it to be in a place where my loved ones will receive the most comfort.

Depends on the value of what it is. I try to donate as much as possible before simply discarding. Specially clothes and electronics.
