It's really great to see the outrage that criminals get. It turns rape into a really simple case of

"Tommy's mom didn't punish him, why can't I do it too?"

Victim's are just added to the pile, another stepping stone to the heaven of "I'm right, you're wrong". Cheers to all the people that mentioned the victims and know that only true cunts care what color the cock was.

In the case of the Stanford swimmer who received six months for raping an unconscious woman, his lawyer is appealing the case. The victim has written a twelve reply after the trial. The letter clearly shows the reader what she had to endure during the tril, how the defense attorney probed her sex life, how she dressed, how she danced, etc. by the time I was half way through the letter I was ready to castrate the punk, his father, the judge and the lawyer just below their chin.

The Stanford case is a travesty. Two years minimum as a sentence. Who cares about his opportunities. Need minimum wage dishwashers from someplace. A real man comes across a passed out drunk girl, he stands over her to protect her or gets her to safety. He doesn't rape her. She has to live with it. He is being given the opportunity to have it all forgotten.

Everyone agrees rape is one of the most severe and sickening crimes. Sentences should reflect that. Forgiveness for rehabilitated criminals comes 'after' they have served an appropriate sentence.

The guy charged for killing his wife's attacker. Probably if he and his wife were white, he would not have been charged, I think. 'If' that had been the case, it would have been wrong. A death, a homicide, occurred. Best bet for justice is for police to lay some charge. Courts can find them not guilty or even decide not to prosecute the charge.

He has not been charged with murder or manslaughter and is out on free bail. The case is still before the court and could easily be dismissed. Again if the attacker was black and the wife white, I doubt in the US the husband would have been charged. Even if charges are just in case and procedural.

The husband who, essentially, lynched the other man has not been convicted, and very likely will not be.

The other case is even worse than it seems. The convicted rapist is getting out of jail after only three months served. The judge is up for reelection this year and is running unopposed. I certainly hope somebody runs against him so the voters can give the incumbent the boot.

In addition to that, the Stanford man has three years probation. Maybe he will be violated by his PO and sent to prison for that long. One can only hope.

ETA: As a registered voter in Santa Clara Co., I am going to have to find a recall petition to sign against this asshole judge. Hopefully, enough voters in this county will do the same.
