You're not wrong, but the terms are describers and not definitions. Instead of "you are bi-curious", try "the word for that is bi-curious".

Everybody goes through a fundamental change at puberty to develop a sexual attitude. Many people change their sexual attitude through their adult years. Some change several times.

Sexuality is fluid. There are a lot of sociological answers to your questions, but it can be simply narrowed down to this: identity and sexuality are not the same thing. Gay is how a person identifies. Just because a man likes to lick cock doesn't mean he's gay. If he doesn't choose that identity and choose that life. The same for a woman.

Since a thread I started was referenced I thought I'd add my two cents.
