Yes, I have some prescription supplements too. I feel not on a tight rope, because I feel well monitored. Also right now I feel things are going well!
glad they're working it all out for you, noor - and if you're gonna tightrope walk, don't forget to twirl your sumbrella! Thanks, I find it somewhat amusing. I am now up to 11-12 medications/day, 7 of which are OTC, of those 3 are considered supplements. No bad side effects so far.
I still feel a bit like I am walking a tightrope but now there is more of a net underneath me.![]()

Things keep getting added every 2-4 weeks, either new amounts or new meds.

I don't know how many you take at one time, but it can be challenging at first, you get used to it. Because my memory is can be impacted I get mine in a 'dosset box' already put for me in the right time and day slots. It feels like a lot of packaging, but it does help..
Its funny, I get preferences for some pills and not others. I find hearing capsules rattling in my throat as they go down a little amusing sometimes, and some of my pills smell stale. I like the potassium supplement I take, it's fresh tasting.
Gyllenhaal has that same effect on me.
My neighbor, Ned, went in for my first thorough checkup in a few years. After exhaustive tests, the Doctor said he was doing "fairly well" for his age.
