I've seen women who are a size 8-10 who think they are BBW and others who are 14s who think they aren't. I guess it depends on the individual who is looking at the woman and what they feel makes a BBW. For me I think it is a woman with cushion for the pushin'. I don't want to see bones anywhere. Not in your face, not in your arms, not in your legs. I don't know that that means you are a BBW but it is what I look for and I like bigger women.

Hips 38 1/2"
Thigh 23 1/2"

Based on that I'd say you definitely are NOT a BBW. I have no doubt you're the second 'B' and the 'W' but a Size 10 doesn't qualify for the first 'B' in my humble opinion.
Labels aren't etched in stone or really necessary but, in my opinion, a Size 10 is 'Curvy'.
