If I had had more energy, I would just started a shit load of new threads, I was moved by his spirit today.
Don't worry, they will also disappear into the ether like everything else.
I don't care what anyone says, Madonna still has a great voice.

I was, actually, ummm, in flagrente delicto but I heard her! I was worried when I heard she was paying tribute but she did pretty darn well!
Ten months and every time I think about her or us it cuts like a knife into the heart. I miss her...always.
On the flip side my garden is doing very well so far. Kind of surprises me at times.
I did what I needed to do.
I had planned something else, but stuff came up.
I was planning something a little different today for a birthday memorial here, but I got a bit sidetracked by two events.
I had an allergic reaction from having to be near a wet haired just permed lady this afternoon, and had to do ALL my emergency drugs, which actually worked, thank goodness, but they make a person feel kind of wiped out.
Then a close friend found out this afternoon that her fiancé had died unexpectedly, a very similar event to Byron's passing. She is now going through what I did so I am being there for her.
She also knew Byron, and was there for me as I went through the process of his death and the stuff you have to do afterwards.
It is quite a strange role reversal.
Byron's Facebook page is full of birthday remembrances and love, luckily I wrote my bit there before the above events happened.
his face!
thisAll that and a bag of chips, etc.![]()
We used to send each other messages on Lit, nothing as obvious as I did today and usually in a code or a cipher but I figured I would make it easy today.
this - it's almost always a treat to read him and be reminded of his input to this forumyay Noor!
Thank you for bumping the vintage Byron threads.
Reminded me of the posts he made under the
Naughtius Maximus handle.
this!400 years since the day Shakespeare died, and the UK celebrates The Bard's life and the gifts he left for the world.
Byron may not have been Shakespeare caliber, but he was one of our more interesting denizens.

yupI enjoyed them because I enjoyed Byron's quirky way of interacting here. I was surprised to read through a thread or two that I didn't recall reading and find a post or two of mine.
