I would go for a driver job (livery cab, airport limo). I've done it intermittently over the years when I needed a second income and it's amusing and entertaining.

Owning a bookstore/yarn store. It's the combination of my two addictions. I would be able to handle, organize, display and then sell the product. As it is now I just buy enough to open my own store.

I almost never come to a complete stop unless it's a 4 way intersection with traffic. And never at one in a parking lot.
