well, that was kind of a relief - only 3 lbs, easily shifted if i put my mind to it and stop eating marmalade sandwiches in bed at 11pm

since fnishing work, been riDiculously busy, but mostly phone calls, texts, emails, and some traveling. a whole lot of waiting and mental workout (my brain must be ripped ). but since i've not been nearly as physically active overall as i was when working, everything started to feel heavy and - well, not good. plucked up the courage to weigh myself, sure i must have gained at least a stone, and re weighed myself in several spots in case the floor was throwing the scales out because i didn't believe the benign results. guess i need to do some exercises to tighten stuff up again
