You like Huey Lewis and the News?
Their early work was a little too new wave for my taste. But when Sports came out in '83, I think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost. He's been compared to Elvis Costello, but I think Huey has a far more bitter, cynical sense of humor.

We went to see 10 Cloverfield Lane last week, and if it were any scarier, the movie theatre people were going to have to steam clean my seat.

american psycho isn't a horror movie, i'd call it a psychological thriller. it does have a good amount of violence, no doubt. but not egregiously.
plus there's a lot of christian bale's nekkid ass, so that may cause you to re-think things.
