if this works, it's gotta be some kind of record - not even 2 weeks from first advertising to 2 happy families. only 3 days from first advertising to being contacted by the couple with the flat we now want.
and no alcohol indoors to celebrate - maybe too early yet to take it for granted but i am feeling pretty pleased with myself

My only issue with him is the mouth piece. Just keep it in his mouth. He will be back. He isn't a slasher like Rose. His jumper is pure.

I've heard others criticizing the mouthpiece, too. I don't mind it. The guy is the best shooter the game has ever seen, if he wants to twirl his mouthpiece, I don't mind suffering through it.
I'm a Clippers fan, we've never got past the second, and like you, this isn't the way I'd like to see it done. Regardless, I'm sure we'll find a way to choke.

sent one out or processed it? i can't help feeling nonplussed (if everything works out ok) that it only took 3 days to find the ideal property!
says on the site that it takes up to 42 days from them getting the forms back to letting you know if they're giving the ok, but it could be as little as 28... then there're the EFC(?) thingummy wotsits, appointments with both landlords for seeds of assignment... blah blah blah.
