I have no issue with your data or description. It's the location. To live in suburbia the BA Eng social science person got an education. Education is not only the subject matter but what is required to complete the degree. For example the decipline of education is a value to the person who hired the social science person. Like taking non elective subjects and finishing them. That disposition would be would be an asset.

So the courage to do the mundane BA ENG is an asset. They have to disburse money to live in suburbia. You can make money off people like that and keep the economy flywheel going. The suburds are littered with social science majors who can't make money in their chosen feild.
