I agree my analysis is not a linear "proof." Just strongly suggestive. As is his silence since as he waits (I assumr, of course) for others to parrot the oft repeated claim he has never used alts.

Rob's quick assertion that I both posted and reported the post (to what end?) set up the dynamic that it is he or I engaging in that behavior. I am quite certain I had nothing to with encpuraging that.

It was ~my~ assertion first. One that I am very comfortable being right with.

<Shakes head sadly.>

Why can I never divert people with my cheery Icelandic talk?

It's almost as if most people don't care. :(

They've been "Great White Alt Hunters" for ten years or more....

... But before that, it was all Iceland all the time around here.

Alt trump trump alt cade trump!

Des, I am happy to hear of your talk of cheerful Iceland .

It reminded me that I had purchased a spring coat to wear over dresses, while at university.

It was made of loosely knitted Icelandic wool. It was very fuzzy, and hairy.
Icelandic wool has two layers. The outer coat has long and coarse hair.
The inner coat has short, soft, fluffy hairs.

It was as light as a feather, but it kept me from getting chilled.

It was lined with something that did not tickle, and kept the wool fibers from shedding onto my dress.

The coat had patterns like Icelandic sweater.
No dye, just natural shades of cream, brown and grey.

thør, that makes sense to me.
The sheep went through the trouble
of evolving an outer coat that would shed water
more effiently than Ireland's sheep.
An inner coat to insulate them better, too.
(Or, was it human intervention, meant to breed more hairy coated sheep ?)

Island cold has a penetrating quality.
