I just watched a film called What's Your Number? starring the lovely Anna Faris. I've been thinking of the sci-fi angle and it's got potential.

How would women deal with having a 20 cock limit, with the added bonus of having their current number displayed for the world to see? Maybe a luminous read-out on their arm. What if they were transferable, and could be bought and sold? Maybe a husband would insist on his new wife selling all her remaining "cock tokens" to show her faithfulness to him.
