Anyone else ticked off about the Superman V Batman flick?

So there is no Robin? Interesting call. I know Robin (presumably Jason Todd) was killed but Bruce goes through Robins like Ironman goes through suits.

The trailers for this one were horrible. Jesse Eisenberg as Lex was stupid casting.

I didn't initially know it was directed by Zack Snyder. Whoever gave him the keys to the franchise should be fired. "300" was overrated as hell, and the result for this picture was predictable.

Sadly, I don't think the crap parade is over. "Suicide Squad" looks like it's going to be a very uneven movie.

I used up my lifetime allotment of movie outrage on Lord of The Rings.
Maybe next time 'round.

It met my expectations. I fully expected it to suck.

Never could understand why Batman would even think Superman is a potential threat. Has breathing all that methane gas made him batshit crazy?

Robin was dead in the movie. They showed his suit in the cave on display to honor him in the movie.

They should make Superman V Trump. After all, Superman IS an illegal alien.

And I'd like to see him punch the Donald, at least once.

No, I take that back. Three of four times would be good.

well, watchmen was good if deeply flawed, but yeah, dude kinda sucks. i honestly don't like anything else he's ever done.

though, i did like man of steel at first that was mainly because of my nerdy crush on amy adams. after a second viewing it just came off as insulting stupid which is pretty much his mo.

I went because the wife wanted to go. I knew it would suck, she thought I was being negative.

halfway through she says to me, "Yeah this sucks." but wouldn't leave.

The 2 1/2 hour length didn't help.

DC for the most part continues to get their asses whipped by marvel in the movies. Take away The Bale Batman's and they have squat. They are doing well on the small screen though Flash and Arrow are excellent and even the short lived Hellblazer was good.

I mean when a fourth tier character like Antman is a better movie than DC's big Two, there's a problem.

Plus..I hate Superman, always have, boring as hell and he was laughable as a 'bad ass'

This could have been the best DC movie ever had they ever made it, this thing gave me goosebumps and that is a bad ass looking superman only one I've ever seen.

I was at comic con when this first came out people were gathered around watching like holy shit!

Oh, and Cat Woman? Wow.

Also that Joker put Ledger to shame

Where were superman and batman when they were needed?

Over $200,000 in comic books stolen
While the robbers made off with a safe containing $2,200 in cash, the more valuable pilfered items were the first eight issues of Justice League of America as well as the first 20 issues of X-Men. The owner of the store, Will Peavy, said that the early 1960’s issues were graded, meaning they had been authenticated and given a score based on their condition.

Peavy said the Justice League set was worth $100,000, and he told WMAZ that the X-Men set also had a “six-figure value.”

He'll make out fine in insurance and if the JLA were indeed worth 100k they were CGC'd(meaning assigned a grade by a staff of pros and sealed in a hard plastic case you have to break to open meaning you can never read it)

And they would only be worth that to a dope who would pay it, those eight issues aren't worth six figures to anyone but a die hard and dummy who over pays for inaccurate grading. CGC is a scam. I would send books out to be graded for customers and they would come back with a lower grade than I thought it would get.

I would break it out, resend it and it would come back with a better grade. The 'experts' don't know a lot more about grading than an experienced collector and they are human and play games with personal favorites and if they had a bad day.

BUt a CGC 9.8 will draw multiple times what a non graded one would which is the scam behind it, to drive market. I've seen way to many 9.8's that shouldn't ave been more than a 9.2.

The X-men are far more valuable.

Remember all the 1960's DC comics were characters that had been around for years already, but this was when all of Marvel's heroes came out brand new.

Yeah. I was a Thor, Fantastic Four and Spiderman fan.
One of my favorites though was T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents from Tower Comics.
