I hate it when I don't sleep well...tends to mess me up the rest of the day...So what can we do to motivate you BFG?

That's the thing. I don't want motivation. I want to lay back down and sleep! I slept 3 hours, then was awake for about 45 minutes. I went back to sleep for another hour before someone woke me.
