Another perfect example of the Left's intolerance and opposition of free speech

First Amendment is upheld in hundreds of thousands of courts in disputes among citizens. Gov't not even present in the cases dufus--

Oh really? Any examples?

"Hundreds of thousands of courts" should = millions of cases.

Do your own research asshole. Just because you failed your education opportunities does not place an obligation upon me to compensate for it.
Especially when you make such ignorant statements.

Are you saying the first amendment constrains individuals in their individual capacity?

HA. No, exactly the opposite.

You have no idea how the First Amendment works.
You thought you did, but you were wrong.
Regardless, you challenged me on it. By lying.
You lost.
And now we can link to it in the future. Thank you!

Are you saying the first amendment constrains individuals in their individual capacity?

Yes. Remember that argument I had with Ishmael years ago? We went to court over it. Turns out I violated his First Amendment rights by putting him on iggy.

Prison was rough, but I'm over it now. :D

I googled "First Amendment is upheld in hundreds of thousands of courts in disputes among citizens" and came up with no examples, so if you could kindly cite just one of those "hundreds of thousands" of cases.

Better Google properly if you want examples.... dumbass!

The biggest blemish on our nation right now isn't Trump or his supporters - it's the fact that so many Americans apparently have no fucking clue what "freedom of speech" per the First Amendment actually means, and what it doesn't mean.
Exactly!
I was out doing errands early listening to the news and heard about the rally. I laughed when I heard Trump claiming his first amendment rights were violated.
Then I thought, "I bet some idiots on Lit are going to be posting about how Trumps's rights were violated. And I was right about which one was going to start a thread about it.

Poor kids are offended by Donald Trump and couldn't find their safe space, so they had a temper tantrum. Maybe they got a participation trophy to make their boo-boos feel better.

They don't like what someone is saying so their solution is silence them and make sure nobody else hears them either.

Pathetic.

It is pathetic. And counterproductive.

^^^This might be the stupidest non-Miles post on the General Board this month.

Best part is, these doozies always come with pretext of "my education is better than yours" from the GB Righties. When they fail, they do it big. :D

Do I have to explain to yet another retarded American how their own constitution works?

You obviously didn't attend law school either. Is that your Fourth Grade textbook?
Very Funny!

Oh, you attended law school? :D Didja graduate?

And no, it's not my 4th grade textbook. I did, however, have to search long and hard for a graphic that didn't have too many big words, since you obviously have reading comprehension problems!

So tell us, what do you believe "freedom of speech" means?

It's fucking hilarious watching Litlibs twist, duck and dodge trying to prove that it's okay to silence someone they disagree with....and to prevent other people from hearing someone they disagree with, too.
