Another perfect example of the Left's intolerance and opposition of free speech

Um...yeah.

Is that news to you? That's how it works. The First Amendment doesn't prevent or dictate any part of that. It applies to government's rule of citizens only.

And Trump ain't a right-winger, never was, still isn't, he just saw an opportunity to increase the legend of THE Donald and went for it.

Never said it wasn't.

The whole notion of peaceful speech being stifled irks me.

Those pens designed to remove opposing voices from the fray offend me. They were wrong when Bush employed them. Ditto Obama.

Competing voices matter. Even when they clash. Maybe especially when they clash.

Here is the petition to cancel Trump's rally on the moveon.org website. We all know what would happen if Hillary or Sanders opponents did the same thing. The world would explode.

Yeah, the "world would explode" if someone started a petition.

The rally was canceled by Trump himself. This somewhat important point keeps getting overlooked.

MSNBC is reporting a Trump protester(s) stormed the stage while Trump was speaking today.

They must have been there to protect his right to free speech.

So, then, it is okay from here on out for Republicans to assemble and shout down, disrupt and try to eliminate the free speech of the Left.

;)

The problem is, they do not engage in that behavior. Since 1968, the pattern has been consistent: this is the proclivity of the Left, to engage in the tactics of the brownshirt. This might be why Trump does it, he has always been a guy on the Left...

I agree. But courtesy seems to no longer be an American trait.

Poor kids are offended by Donald Trump and couldn't find their safe space, so they had a temper tantrum. Maybe they got a participation trophy to make their boo-boos feel better.

They don't like what someone is saying so their solution is silence them and make sure nobody else hears them either.

Pathetic.

I quote to you your own location.

Not True! You must be a foreigner, huh?

The very thing they try to assign to conservatives...

Well, duh - absolutely.

But "from here on out" is bullshit. I've watched a Republican tear up my voter registration ballot before, and that ballot was my free speech. He wasn't working for the government, though - so, protection of freedom of speech didn't apply.

You and your pussy cat need to go back to middle school- seems you missed some classes.

A voter registration "ballot?"
