First of all, moron, there is no "Treaty". There is a UN deal in place to ensure that Iran does not develop nuclear weapons. No part of that deal restricts Iran from test firing missiles into the sea regardless of their paint job. If they want to test fire missiles into the sea with BiBi sucks donkey balls written on them those wouldn't be in violation of that agreement either.
