I would make it a gay male boss and a straight male secretary. And then Bruce the Boss starts to pressure Stan the Secretary to push his boundaries. Maybe at first it's just to accompany him to a social function and pretend to be his date. But it escalates from there.....

How about a few more details? What are the storyline, the backstory, the consequences? Any special kinks, fetishes, abuses? What effect do you desire: stroker, comedy, tragedy, farce? Is it a single story or a possible endless series? What are the settings?

As pal Carny suggested, same-sex gives a different tension. Take it even further by throwing in incest -- the boss shares 50% DNA with the underling and is maybe addressing an earlier familial resentment, yeah, revenge sex.
