It is a rush and many times, at least when I do it, it's to attract someone particular - not just random and its done innocently at first...I don't want to embarrass myself. I do it as it is obviously exciting. men and women who flash all do it for that reason; maybe not so much that they want to be seen, just the danger of maybe being seen, although I have been seen once or twice and found that very satisfying. there again, I think that it easier for a woman to get away with exposing herself than a man would
