The only reason I see why he posted that letter was to show that there's "proof" that a black man is shilling for Trump as opposed to..."others." And given the highly charged racial nature of Trump's campaign, you can just fill in the blanks from that point for a possible reason.

Of course the "proof" is all anecdotal as opposed to empirical. Because anyone educated in english and having a cursory knowledge of D.C. could've written that and sent it off to Scott Adams.
